JOSH WADE
Josh Wade is the founder and managing principal of Flagship Partners, where he leads the firm's transaction origination and advisory activities throughout South Florida.
A Florida native with nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, Josh has built his career around identifying strategically compelling real estate and creating a path to transactions through research, direct engagement and long-term relationships with ownership and investment capital.
Prior to founding Flagship, Josh was a senior member of the Retail Advisory Services group at Avison Young, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and nationally recognized retailers and restaurants on market development and site selection throughout Florida. He also represented property owners ranging from publicly traded REITs to private developers.
That experience — studying markets against specific requirements, identifying the properties that matter and engaging ownership directly — continues to shape Flagship's approach to transaction origination today.
Josh began his commercial real estate career in 2008 with WG Compass Realty Companies, a Florida-based commercial real estate advisory firm subsequently acquired by Avison Young, where he continued through the acquisition.
